1.Test in workshop

1) Check working condition of electricity connection when all machines are working.
2) Using of the emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic system, and mechanical dredging work.
3) After operation of system working condition checked, check engines running and power capacity.
2.Test in testing pool

1) Dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water.
2) Upon testing completion of electricity system, hydraulic system, engines, and dredging pump, main hydraulic pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance is tested, in order to check operation of the work of the various hydraulic machinery and systems

3.Install at work site and debug

1) Our technician will go to work site to install dredger.
2) Debug dredger until every part is in good contation and can normally work.

We have many models of Cutter Suction Dredgers, water flow from 400m3/h to 5000m3/h,and they are customized. Our products have been exported to more than 40 countries.
Keda has production qualification of China Shipbuilding Inspection Bureau and production qualification of CCS.
