Free fall type lifeboat are safe and reloable, easy to operate and repair. The design and manufacturing are complied with the newest standards and rules of SOLAS and LSA code.
1. Design Basis
totally enclosed freefall marine Rigid Lifeboat designed and manufactured in accordance with 2006 Amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at sea. 1974 as regulation III/4, 41, 44, 45, 46, 51, 52 and revisions chapter 3 and forthcoming LSA code - MSC.218(82)&MSC,272(85) and TESTING OF LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCES MSC.226(82)&MSC.274(85)
The totally enclosed freefall marine life boat will be launched and recovered by the free-fall lifeboat launching appliance.

3. Material
3.1 The hull is constructed by hand lay up with G.R.P. material. The hull and the deck are separately laminated . The space between the hull and the deck is filled with polyurethane foam as buoyancy.
3.2 All mats , woven roving and resins applied on boat is accompanied by classification society certificates
3.3 All fittings on this boat are made of stainless steel, marine grade aluminum or galvanized steel. In order to increase the boat's corrosion-resistant performance.
4. Test and Certification
Before delivery, every boat will be tested according to our production test program in our shipyard in presence of the corresponding surveyors and then the boat certification will be issued.
