This side downdraft spray booth is a classical design. Fresh air has been dragged into the heating cabinet by a 7.5KW belt-driven motor and fan and heated by the stainless steel heat exchanger and Riello RG5S burner, then goes into the plenum of the spray booth cabin. All heated air goes down to the cabin and to the left and right side air gathering cabinet by positive pressure, then all gathered air is extracted out of the cabin by a 7.5KW belt-drive motor and fan.
The entrance door is 4.2 meters in width and with rock wool insulation material inside, making it very heavy so that a hanger rail is an essential part of it. Wall panels for this spray booth are with Rock Wool insulation and covered by 0.426mm color steel, therefore this spray booth has better heat preservation and a very strong frame.
