Product Description

The CBZ II Vertical Explosion Proof Vertical Axial Fan, manufactured by Jingjiang Trust Trading Co., Ltd., is designed and manufactured according to GB/T11864-2008 "Marine explosion-proof axial fans," GB3836.1-2000 "electrical apparatus for explosive atmosphere," GB3836.2-2000 "electrical apparatus for explosive atmospheres and explosion-proof electrical equipment," and "Rules for Steel Sea Ship in Class and Building."

This series of fans have been examined and proved up to standard by the Explosion-proof Inspection Authority of the PRC and have obtained the certificate of inspection. They have also been examined by the Register of Shipping of PRC and have obtained the Certificate.

Structure

There are three structural types available:

1. Type I (deck type): The explosion-proof fan has an explosion-proof motor installed on the top of the frame and a wire mesh guard made of stainless steel surrounding the frame. It is vertically fixed on the deck and can be used for air supply or air extraction.
2. Type II (tube type): The explosion-proof fan has no hood and features a built-in type anticorrosive motor mounted on the casing. It can be installed vertically or horizontally, and can also be installed on the deck. It may be used for air supply or air extraction.
3. Type III (separate cabins type): This structure includes a fan and a motor placed in different cabins, with a driving device, a stuffing box, and a flexible coupling. It is primarily used for the exhaust of dangerous compartments.

When looking at the motor from the front view, the impeller of the fan turns clockwise.

Introduction for ordering

1. Model, Flow Rate, and Pressure: Please provide the specific model, flow rate, and pressure requirements for the fan.
2. Intended Use: Kindly specify if the fan is for marine or navy use. For marine applications, we recommend the Y-H marine motor, while for navy applications, the JY-H navy motor is suitable. Additionally, please indicate if the fan should operate on a 50Hz or 60Hz frequency.
3. Deck Usage: If the fan will be used on the ship's deck, please provide the thickness of the casing required.
4. Motor Specifications: Please provide the insulation class and protection class for the fan motor. If not specified, the insulation class defaults to IP44. For explosion-proof fans, kindly indicate the required explosion-proof grade.
