Heavy Duty Power Transmission Line Construction Wire Aerial Helicopter Stringing Blocks
Uses: It is suitable to string many kinds of overhead conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheaves are made of aluminum alloy or high strength nylon.
Notes:
1. 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with rubber.
2. 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with rubber
3. Three sheaves and five sheaves helicopter stringing blocks are available for two bundle conductor and four bundle conductors stringing.
Helicopter pay-off tackle is a special occasion handling tool, usually used in construction sites or fields and other environments, by the helicopter to suspend and move heavy objects. This device usually consists of a pulley system, a hook, and a detachable sling.
The working principle of the helicopter pay-off block is to hang the hook on the lifting line of the helicopter, the helicopter will lift the lifting line vertically, and then the worker by operating the control rod or rope on the pay-off block, so that the weight on the hook can move along the pay-off block. Usually, this tool needs to be operated by an experienced operator to ensure a safe and reliable handling process.
The helicopter pay-off block is suitable for moving large amounts of heavy objects quickly or in difficult terrain where traditional means of transport are not possible. It has the advantage of being able to move heavy items quickly and can cover a large area, but it is more expensive to use and requires a high level of skill and experience of the operator.
