Material Handling Equipment Vacuum Lifter
The Material Handling Equipment Vacuum Lifter (MHEVL) is a series of vacuum lifters that are used to lift and lower materials at various heights. These lifters have been in use since the early 2020s, and they are still widely employed today. They can be used with a wide variety of materials, including steel, plastic, and wood.
The MHEVL is made up of a platform that sits on top of a vertical cylinder with a skirt around it. The platform consists of two sets of rails: one set is stationary and the other set is moving. A motorized arm moves between these rails to lift or lower the material being transported by the machine. The motorized arm has three sets of rollers that allow it to move easily along both sets of rails without getting stuck or damaged.

User friendly
A vacuum tube uses suction to both grip and lift the load in a single movement. The control handle is easy for the operator to use and feels almost weightless. With a bottom swivel, or an angle adaptor, the user can rotate or turn the lifted object as required.

extremely hard-wearing parts which seldom require service and repair.

viboois designed with several built-in safety features. For example, our non-return valve - a standard on all units - ensures that the load is not dropped if the vacuum suddenly stopped running. Instead, the load will be lowered to the ground in a controlled manner.
