In the center of tank truck to control manual emergency foot valve at the bottom of each container of tanker by 1-5 steel wires. It has fusible connection device, when the temperature is up to 75ºC, it will be melted. The anti-fall terminated connector which is tightened will loosen to ensure the bottom valve in closed state and avoid accident.
