This advanced product is a Multi-Element Gas Container (MEGC), meticulously engineered for the safe and efficient transport of hazardous gases across both sea and land. It adheres strictly to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) regulations, ensuring compliant and secure transportation.
Our product undergoes rigorous inspection by esteemed global classification societies and has successfully passed all necessary type tests. We offer IMDG, SELO, KGS, DOT, and ISO certified solutions for transporting dangerous gases such as SiH4, NF3, SF6, NH3, and N2O. These gases must be transported using our IMDG certified MEGC products for utmost safety. For high-purity gas requirements, such as SiH4, NF3, and N2O, Nanliang provides custom solutions featuring varied internal roughness grades of 1S/3S/25S within the gas cylinders, tailored to customer specifications. We employ advanced heating and vacuuming processes to reduce moisture content to an optimal 1ppm or 3ppm, ensuring the gases maintain their high purity standards.

1. Our frame tank container is rigorously tested as per the GB / T16563-1996 standards, in alignment with the authoritative China Classification Society's 'Container Inspection Code', ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
2. Excluding the picture markings, our welded structures are crafted precisely according to
GB / 985.1 guidelines. The weld foot height and fillet welds are meticulously tailored to match the thinner steel plate thickness. Our impeccable surfaces are free from cracks, slag, porosity, or undercut, guaranteed by stringent magnetic powder or penetration testing-preferably magnetic powder-ensuring Class I qualification as per NB / t47013.4 (5) -2015.

5.Every sign, brand name, and sticker is crafted per detailed drawings post-painting. The surrounding areas, including rivets, are expertly sealed with high-quality sealant for enhanced durability.
6. The vertical alignment of the tank container's longitudinal centerline with the frame is precise, maintaining an exceptional offset of no more than 5mm.
7. All supports connecting the tank to the frame are welded with precision, ensuring firm and reliable joints devoid of cracks, undercut, stomatal craters, or splatter.
8. Tank coating adheres to JB / T4711-2003 regulations, protected by two anti-rust primer layers and two coats of white finish after thorough rust removal from the carbon steel surface.
9. Prior to dispatch, tanks are meticulously treated with nitrogen replacement or vacuuming:
(1) Nitrogen replacement reduces oxygen content to less than 3%, maintaining a residual pressure between 0.05Mpa and 0.1Mpa.
(2) Vacuum treatment achieves a minimum vacuum of 0.086Mpa. Additionally, an emergency cut-off device is installed before air tightness testing with a test medium of air and a test pressure of 0.1Mpa. Post-installation, our emergency shut-off device undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure complete closure within 5 seconds for gas, liquid, and booster valves, complemented by smooth, jam-free air source control valve rotation.
