We also offer customization for customers who have their own design in mind. Our molding development process takes approximately 30 days after drawing approval, with sample production and testing completed within 10 to 14 days.

Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our finishes are covered by a limited warranty of one year from the original time of purchase. This warranty specifically covers peeling and separation of the chrome from the wheel. Please note that pitting, which is a result of improper maintenance, is not covered by this warranty. In the event of any issues covered by the warranty, we offer options for discount, repair, or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is not applicable if corrosion or damage occurs due to improper maintenance. It also does not cover damage or structural failure resulting from road conditions, accidents, racing applications, willful abuse, neglect, or adverse weather conditions.

Q1. What sizes of wheels can you supply?

A: We can offer wheels with sizes ranging from 10 inches to 30 inches. The maximum size width we can make is 16 inches.

Q2. What production process for alloy wheels can you offer?

A: We can offer regular gravity casting, low pressure casting, flow forming, and forged production processes.

Q3: What's your MOQ?

A: For our existing molds, the MOQ is 100 pieces per mold, which can be mixed with 2 colors. For customized styles, the MOQ will be discussed based on order details.

Q4: What information should I provide for a quotation?

A: To get an exact quotation, we need to receive a specific inquiry including model number, size, PCD, ET, CB, finish, and order quantity.

Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders with customer's logo, wheel design, and packing design.

Q6: How to deliver the wheels?

A: For LCL shipment with the same quantity, both ocean shipping and air transportation can be considered. For container shipping, only ocean shipping will be recommended. We can offer a shipping forwarder to the customer or accept the shipping agent designated by the customer.

Q7. What about the options for box packaging?

A: There are two options for box packaging: neutral box packaging in brown or white color, or a color box with the customer's logo and artwork. Usually, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required to customize the box. Other packing materials include pearl cotton, shower cap, plastic protection ring, PVC bag, and cornered carton cover.

Q8. What are your terms of payment?

A: The regular way is T/T in advance deposit and balance against the bill of copy. L/C at sight can also be accepted. The final terms will be discussed based on the order details.

Q9. What are your terms of delivery?

A: The regular terms are FOB, CFR, CIF. DDU can also be offered if the customer needs.

Q10. How about your delivery time?

A: The production of existing molds takes 30-45 days after receiving the deposit payment. If the order includes finishes like chrome stainless lip, chrome, or other complicated processes, an additional 15-20 days will be needed.
