LUCKIN VEHICLE With 4/8/12 pcs container twist locks, LUCKIN VEHICLE 2/3 Axles 40FT Skeletal Container Semi Trailer is normally used to load and transport 1X40HQ, 2X20HC or only 1 units 20HC one time and playing important role in logistics systems supporting ships, ports, routes, highways, transfer stations, bridges, tunnels, and multimodal transport.
The goods can be directly loaded in the consignor's warehouse and transported to the consignee's warehouse for unloading when they are transferred by containers on skeleton trailers. There is no need to take the goods out of the container and reload when changing vehicles or ships midway.
Because of the fast loading and unloading, containers can be directly and easily transferred from one vehicle to another vehicle facelift. And in these process, Skeletal Container Semi Trailers are playing more and more important roles to realize the fast conversion.

1.Mature Welding Process: SUPREME TRAILER adopts automatic submerged arc welding method to weld the main beam. The longitudinal beam is completed by automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine. All components are shot peening to improve paint adhesion and are painted prior to assembly, making the main beam stronger and more durable.
2. Reliable Materials: We adopts high strength steel material to manufacture the flatbed trailer, it can make the flatbed trailer have a higher loading capacity and a longer service life. Besides, all the main parts, used in our trailers, must be processed with advanced equipment and have good reputations in the market.
