Compared with other types of oil cooler, tubular oil cooler has the following advantages:
1. High heat transfer efficiency is 2-3 times that of plate oil cooler;
2, compact structure, its compactness for plate heat exchanger 1-2 times;
3, small oil resistance: because of the use of swirl guide plate, oil into the tangential flow, conducive to fluid operation;
4, long service life, easy installation and detection: heat exchange tube thermal expansion stress is small, so there is no common heat exchange tube expansion, leakage problems. Because it is still a shell structure, easy installation and maintenance.
