It Appears to Be Identical to the 14783 and the 13243 in All Ways Except Possibly the Clock Position of the Battery Stud / D+ Terminal. On This Unit the Battery Terminal is at 10:00 With the 2 Mounting Holes at 6:00 and 2:00. The 13367 and the 14791 are the Same Unit Except for the Pulley and the Battery / D+ Insulator. The Battery / D+ Plug Location on the 13367 and 14791 are in the Same Place on the Rear Housing.
