10 Ton Remote Controlled Air Tugger Winch for Hauling and Lifting
I. Working Principle
JQHSY-5*48 / JQHSY-10*24 /JQHSY-50*12-DS/ JQHSY-100*20 is a kind of manual operated single drum type air winch. It adopts compressed air as power to drive the TMH4 or TMH17 Piston Air Motor, by operating manual diversion valve on the motor, driving drum via two grades gears(to reduce transmitting speed and enlarge torque)so as to lift and drag heavy cargoes. As well, the winch can perform hoisting, lowering and stopping actions to the wire rope.
II. Features
1. Small in size, light in weight, high in mobility.
2. Flexible to move forward and backward, step-less in speed control.
3. Automatic disc brake. The disc brake keeps winch in brake when winch stops working, providing good safety-guard to winch operation.
4. High starting torque enables start with load, with anti-overload function.
5. Anti-explosive function, reliable operation under inflammable and explosive environment.
6. Safe operation under high wet, damp conditions.
III. Application Places
This winch is widely used for drilling platform, marines, mining, engineering sites, platform of oilfield off-sea and inland etc.to drag and pull heavy cargoes.
