Model: EBZ200R Boom-type Roadheader
Widely used in coal mines, highway tunnels and water conservancy culverts, EBZ200Rboom-type roadheader is mainly for medium-hard rock and soft rock construction. The one-time or layered construction makesthe excavation of section free, safe and efficient.
I. Highlights Introduction
1. Imported bearing and cutting teeth ensure strong rock-breaking ability.
2. The bottom of the shovel plate has a large angle of inclinationand the motor directly drives the star wheel, which facilitates the material loading and bottom clearing.
3. The intermediate conveyoradopts straight structure, forming a four-bar linkage mechanism with the shovel plate. The length of the first conveyor scraper chain changes little when the shovel plate is lifted or in dinting form.
4. It adopts dual strands scraper type transportation. The chute adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel plate to ensure the service life of the chute and scraper.
5. The body part and rear support adopts thick plate welded box-type structure which has good rigidity and high reliability.
6. The travel driving system is highly integrated with international advanced motor and reducer, and the output torque is large enough to adapt to large angle operations.
7. The hydraulic system adopts constant power, pressure cut-off and load sensitive control to effectively prolong the service life of hydraulic components and reduce system failures. Its main hydraulic components are all from world-famous brands.
8. The electrical system adopts internationally famous componentswith advanced functions and high stability. It has LCD Chinese character dynamic display, fault self-diagnosis and memory functions.
