The load-carrying capacity of the rear leaf spring of the four U-bolts rear suspension is upgraded. The thickness of the leaf spring is upgraded from (8*22mm+4*25mm) to 12*25mm, and the stiffness is upgraded by 25%. Wheel rim has been reinforced, whose thickness increased from 14mm to 16mm and steel ring from 8.5 to 9.0. Φ120 bore steering gear, the steering assist capacity is increased by 24% The ground clearance is increased up to 636mm, and the thickness of the bottom protector is increased from 3mm to 6mm, which can meet the requirements of customers. The taillight is equipped with a protector to improve the adaptability of complex working conditions, which reduced the risk of the taillight from being damaged.. Matching 9.5 tons of front axle, thickness of front suspension plate spring is 18mm, high stiffness and strong carrying capacity. Three-layer beam for 8×4 dump truck, the bearing capacity is greatly improved and the bending strength is high. The use of flat tank and optimal placement further improves the ground clearance with better trafficability. A variety of lifting cylinders are available (domestic, DeppKaler, Hyva), lifting capacity up to 100T, lifting time between 14-45 seconds. The front lifting mechanism has the advantages of high efficiency, simple structure, great lifting stability and large lifting capacity. |
