HGL-104 PTFE Submersible Level Transmitter are designed for depth and level measurement of aggressive fluids. It use rugged ceramic pressure sensor encased in PTFE housing, and PTFE cable that provides excellent corrosion resistance in most corrosive chemicals including strong acids and alkali fluids, oil, medicine etc.
It uses high performance ceramic pressure sensor as sensing element and the measurement is based on the principle that the measured liquids static pressure is positive proportional to the level depth accurately, and convert the pressure signals into standard electrical signals output by amplifier circuit board to measure precise level depth. After built-in temperature compensation and linear calibration, the converted standard current, voltage, RS 485 and other signals output can be directly connected to PLC or DCS for the operations and process control at work sites.The vented pressure probe with automatically compensates for changes in barometric pressure.
HGL-104 widely used in liquid level measurement control in environmental protection, water conservancy, variable frequency water supply, industrial process control, chemical industry and other fields. Suitable for: foam, vapor, turbulence, condensate, liquid chemical storage, and chemical sumps.
