Q4: How do you solve the problems when claims happen?
A: Based on our strict quality control and tests. Our claim rate is much lower than our competitors. Because, each shock that is sent to overseas market has gain our domestic market recognition.  When a claim happens, you shall keep a detailed record for the claim details. Describe problem details.  Take videos that can prove it.  Make pictures of our tracking code on the shocks.  We shall report this to our company and make team research according the details you provide. After confirm it is our goods problems, we will do according you requests. Considerable after-sales policy will eliminate all your worries.
