Born from WP12C, Weichai WP12 series high power marine diesel engine boasts a number of strengths, including increased strokes, compact structure, small size, light weight, low speed & high torque, high performance per liter and high torque reservation, low noise, high reliability and durability, as well as easy maintenance. Equipped with double-circulation water-cooling system with the interior circulation using fresh water to cool the engine while the exterior circulation using double-pipe heat exchanger to cool fresh water by seawater, this series products enjoy longer durability. This series are ideally used on river transport ships, fishing boats and public vessels
