The Tyre Regroover is mainly used for recutting and regrooving truck or tractor tyres using resistance heating. It is a highly useful tool for larger tyres, especially for truck solid tyres and other rubber products to regroove and reuse.

The Portable Regrooving Machine is lightweight and designed for ease of use. It's a pocket-sized tool for regrooving various types of tyres and rubber sheets.
To create tyre grooves in various sizes, you can precisely adjust the heating power digitally using the stepless output voltage knob. The control panel displays the set output voltage value on an LCD screen, ensuring efficient rubber cutting.
Using globally applicable AC input power supply, high efficiency, low working temperature, and soft start current, effectively reduces AC input impact.
High performance and multi-functions:
In response to diverse tyre groove requirements, our tyre grooving equipment offers an array of 10 specialized tyre blades, including U-type and V-type blades. These blades are capable of carving grooves in rubber with widths ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm and depths spanning from 9 mm to 14 mm.
