Bottom exhaust true stone coating sprayer

This item is the multi-function true stone paint and water-in-water paint

spray gun to instead the true stone paint air hopper gun.

Operating instruction:

 1.     True stone paint including coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand. Coarse sand is 20-30 mesh, medium sand is 40-70 mesh, fine sand is 80-120 mesh.

2.     Application: Texture coating such as True stone paint, putty and relief coating. large area outwall spraying, mortar, rock slice paint, Diatom ooze Coating,relief coating,asphalt,grout spraying.

3.     Material can be applied: True stone paint, putty,putty power,modelling putty, Abrasion-proof material, antiskid material,

Some Cement based materials.Construction type: medium apartment ,commercial Internal wall spraying.

 4.     According to the field test without adding water: This spayer can spray fine sand paint 100-120 square meters/hour constantly,medium sand paint 100 square meters/hour constantly, coarse sand paint  80-100 square meters/hour constantly,10 times fast than spray manually.

5.   Recommend to use with air compressor 0.36KW above or 3HP above.

6.    30L pot can load 60KG true stone paint, pot inside height 38cm,dia 33cm,paint hose I.D 25mm.

Observe the following dos and don'ts.

1.     Must stir the true stone paint well, then put it into the pot. Please must put the plastic cover over the paint at this movement, otherwise, the spraying will be failed.

2.     The paint hose is long and paint is feed by pressure so it will take 30-60 seconds to spray out.

3.     If stopping work for 20-30 minutes, must clean the spray gun,inner pot and paint hose. otherwise it will result in clog.

4.     The operating pressure has been set to 4 bar,please don't move the pressure adj knob casually. The safety valve will be release pressure automatically when pressure exceed 6 bar. The max pressure can't be more than 6 bar. If operating it higher than 6 bar, we won't responsible for the problems.

5.     Max operating pressure: 6bar nozzles in the set:4,6,8,10mm

Advantage of this sprayer:
