Collapsible PP honeycomb plastic pallet box also named collapsible sleeve packs, pallet pack, gaylord box, pallet box, honeycomb coaming box, foldable logistics box, plastic turnover box or bulk storage container. The collapsible pallet sleeve box is made up of a pallet base, a top lid, as well as a foldable sleeve. The pallet and top lid are normally manufactured from high-density polyethylene plastic. And the sleeve is made of high strength, high payload Triple Wall polypropylene structural material also referred to as "honeycomb". 

Reusable sleeve packs boxes are made from corrugated plastic sleeves that sit inside a vacuum-thermoformed pallet. The sleeves collapse for lower return shipping costs and save on storage space. Tops for sleeve packs come in two options. First is a mirror image pallet, which allows the same pallet to be used as the top or bottom. This reduces to track and provides a true interlocking leg for safer stacking. Dedicated top caps provide a lower profile and allow for increased stacking heights.

Pallet sleeve box is a versatile 'sleeve pack' system consisted of 3 parts: Lid, Sleeve and Pallet, designed to store and transport more products in less space. Pallet sleeve box can be completely collapsed when empty for efficient reverse logistics. 

These pallet pack bulk storage containers are available in light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty designs. Our pallet pack container offer the strength and rugged durability demanded in today's material handling and distribution systems.

Durable triple-layer polyethylene film makes the plastic sleeves exceptionally strong in every direction and resistant to the tearing, impact, and compression other sleeve packs face. Sealed edges allow the sleeve pack to be washed and stored outdoors without any wear and tear to the container.
 

The twin-sheet thermoformed Lid and Pallet deliver high strength and load carrying capacity without increasing the weight of the packaging. The reasonable designed walls and ribs provide larger internal dimensions and carrying capacity. Lid and Pallet are designed with nine feet base for anti-skid stable stacking and compatibility with all standard forklifts for easy handling.

And its lightweight construction provides for secure handling and excellent worker safety. The pallet bottom and top are made from durable, twin sheet, high-density polyethylene, and the sleeve is made from heavy-duty, triple-wall, plastic sheets.
