Production Description
Bucket elevator is used to transfer the material from ground level to certain height. It consists of a cotton or rubber belt running on one drive pulley at the top and the other one is driven pulley, which is at the bottom insides a fabricated casing. Belt is filted with buckets at some specific intervals. Buckets lift the material from ground level to a higher level and buckets are emptied while moving around top pulley by centrifugal action.
Application Scope
TB series bucket elevator is widely used in power plant, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and so on. It is used for lifting coal cinder ,piece coal, crushed stone, mineral stone, egg stone, dry and bulk and fluidity power, granular and block material and so on.The material density is not more than 2 t/m3, the site temperature is not more than 2500C.
Operating principle
When the driving device start working , it drives the puley to make the chains with buckets to do the circular movement from the below of the tail to the top of the head The head section has outlet and the tail section has inlet.
The bucket is filled with material and run to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design.With the running, the empty bucket is back to the below tail section and be filled material from the inlet again,then be lifted up to do parabolic discharge movement . So this cycle finish the vertical transport of materials.
Component of bucket elevator. It consists of head section with driving pulley, elevator boot (down section) with take-up pulley, elevator casing, driving device and back stop ,braking device. there is a inspection hole on elevator casing, to observe all operation. Driving device is equipped with YZ reducer and ZQ reducer. YZ axis reducer is directly coupled with pulley shaft. this design can omit driving platform with compact structure, light weight. Also, fixed security protector on bucket elevator: belt speed detector, belt alignment device, backstop, etc. to ensure safty operation.
