Our company can design and produce various hydraulic winches by ourselves. Conventional hydraulic winches adopt a modular design and are composed of balance valves, shuttle valves, hydraulic motors, reducers, brakes, drums, frames and other components. Users only need to equip the pump station and reversing valve. It has the characteristics of large transmission torque, safe and reliable braking, high starting efficiency, good low-speed stability, high transmission efficiency, low noise and good economy. It can be widely used in construction engineering, petroleum, coal, ship deck machinery and other equipment.
Our company can design according to the parameter requirements provided by the user, and some special functions can also be added to the winch.
For example,
1. The winch has a rope arrangement mechanism; the winch has a constant tension function;
2. The winch can either lift the load through the oil supply of the hydraulic motor, or lift the load through the rotation of the handwheel;
3. The wire rope can have either a single rope or a double rope;
4. The winch can be used according to the Different working conditions require dual motor drive;
5. The winch can be equipped with a limit position unloading control valve.
