Product Description
2024 ORV double axle models adopt the appearance design of European motorhome. The body is composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic, insulating foam, and aluminum alloy framework, which has better sound and heat insulation performance. At the same time, it is also an environment-friendly material with high strength, compression resistance, water and moisture resistance.
The body size is 8450 * 2200 * 2080mm, of which the box size is 6330 * 2150 * 2000mm, and the curb weight is only 3500kg
The chassis is made of 510L galvanized steel specifically designed for automotive beams, with a three-stage multi bolt connection for better hard force release effect. It is equipped with an AGCO brake mechanism, an AGCO torsion shaft, and an AGCO damping and shock absorption system to reduce the impact force on the front vehicle and maximize the following and safety.
Front of the carriage
The front of the carriage is the sleeping area, with an independent fixed large bed. The size of the large bed is 2150mm * 1485mm, and the latex mattress added can alleviate the fatigue of the journey to the greatest extent. Combined with the up and down beds at the rear, it can provide a comfortable living space for a family of five when traveling.
In the middle of the carriage
In the middle of the carriage are the kitchen area and bathroom
The bathroom has an independent fixed toilet and shower device, with a dry and wet separation design, providing sufficient washing space and bringing a wonderful travel experience.
The kitchen area has a very large countertop, equipped with a vegetable washing basin and a double door refrigerator as standard. There is a power socket next to it, making it convenient to cook some simple meals in the car. The kitchen is located next to the passenger door, which has the advantage of quickly evacuating smoke, releasing odors, and keeping the kitchen and reception areas clean at all times.
Above the passenger door is the control panel of the RV, equipped with a coulomb meter display screen, inverter switch, electrical switch, and display meters for the clean water tank and grey water tank, air button for the electric sunshade, and speaker controller. In terms of circuits, the entire vehicle adopts automotive specific wiring harnesses, with standard lithium iron phosphate batteries (with built-in fire extinguishers) and a 3000W on-board power frequency charging inverter integrated machine. It has low standby power consumption and high conversion efficiency.
The design of the rear part of the car consists of three independent single beds, which can accommodate three adults when opened, and a four-wheel off-road motorcycle when raised. The rear is flat and can be used as a terrace, and when placed at the bottom, the off-road motorcycle can directly enter the carriage.
