We offer our customers technical assistance and a full one year warranty on all products covering all manufacturing defects. Spare Parts:We can supply spare parts within 15 business days or sooner. Currently, part numbers are not available on-line. Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We have our factory for the farm machines and we also have our own trading company with self-supported import and export right.

Our factory is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. About 1 hour away from Linyi Airport, 4 hours away from Qingdao airport. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!

Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through the bank against the proforma invoice.
30% as prepayment and the balance when the goods are ready for shipping.

We usually ship goods via Qingdao port of China.
