Product Description:
1LYX series of disc plough, also named Tube Disc plough, Pipe Disc plough. It is one kind Heavy-duty One-way Disc plough, It is used for deep ploughing in root-infested,sticky, stony and hard soils.
The machine is completely mounted with 40-150HP tractor. During operation,the discs by its rotating to turn the soil. Particularly,it is suitable for operation on the field with grasses,straw and stems of crops or plants, big soil resistance and with many stones and brickbat,etc.in the field. It is good at cutting the grasses, straw, free from being stopped by the grasses, soil or stones etc.
It is efficient in the work, good quality during operation, easy to adjust and strong, durable.
Main Features:
1.High carbon disc blade hardness:30-44 HRC, Assuring the toughness and ear ability of disc blade.
2.Frame type tubular seamless steel pipe.
3.In conformity with the soil conditions, it is being produced with 2-3-4-5 disc (bottom) version with an option for extra kit for converting it to extra disc plough.
