Viscous discharge residue is a common pain point in the bulk liquid industry. Lots of viscous residue remains in the corner and side wall of liquid liner which is costly due to waste but also can cause operational risk trying to reduce this residue. This can cause occupational health and safety issues for that can lead to accidents.
Therefore, We has developed the "Residue Reduction System(RRS)" to address the residue issue in liner with high viscous products. The RRS is able to reduce average residual from 5% to less than 0.1% when used in conjunction with special liquid liner, filling and discharging accessories.
We can also help users to realize the whole process of automatic discharge without human intervention. The new technology not only greatly reduces waste, but also improves discharging efficiency and convenience. For all kinds of viscous liquids up to 300,000 CPs, the RRS can still achieve residue of less than 0.1%.

RRS adopts roller slipping mode, the liquid liner is clamped before discharging, RRS in the discharge runs automatically to squeeze. In the process of mutual reverse rotation of the rollers, the roller has the function of squeezing and scraping the liner, cooperating with the professional pump and RRS always stay above the liquid level until the liquid is drained, then to stop the RRS.
The RRS's transmission section is effectively hidden without touching the liquid liner during the process, what's more, the support of the roller is in half-pack form, which can effectively prevent the liquid liner from being squeezed into the roller, making it safer and smoothly.
