Q: Can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: Yes. Normally sample is free of charge and sample can be sent by DHL/TNT/FedEx, by air or add to your sea containers. When sample order is placed, please inform us your account No. of courrier express, your full company name, address, zip code and contact information.
Q: Can you make pallets as required color? Can our Logo be printed on the pallet?
A: We can make pallets as your required color. And your logo can be printed for free on the pallet.
Q: How long can you arrange pallet delivery?
A: Generally 15-20days once received advance payment. If you place a formal order, we will give you a production plan to guarantee delivery on time.
Q: Whats' your payment terms?
