1. Product Description
The purpose of rack protectors are to guard against accidental damage that may occur during collisions with forklift trucks. The Protector will reduce the damage caused by impact loads. Especially for installations with fast moving products or heavy products upright protectors are essential for the safety and durability of the racking
2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
The integrated upright protector is made of modified HDPE material using the blow molding process, and the inner wall is hollow. Fasten to the upright with two nylon straps for easy installation. When the column is hit by an external force, the outer layer of the upright protector absorbs energy and dents, and can quickly return to its original shape after the impact, which plays a very good role in protecting equipment and personnel.
We have two different height of protectors, 100mmH and 500mmH.
As for 500mm Height protector, we have three model of it, BGH90-500, BGH100-500, BGH120-500. They are suitable for post width: 90/100/120mm.
3. Key Advantages
Rack bumpers are in Yellow Color, marked Alert indication, which can improve the warehouse safe management.
The product are applicable and universal for all types of racking from Europe, Austria and different countries.
Fast assembly, which can be clipped manually or install with special tools. No need any floor fixing ankle bolts.
