Operation Steps
1. Preparation before starting
Close the power supply: Make sure the air switch is closed and the power supply is connected.
Check the brake: Make sure the parking brake has firmly braked the winch and the safety brake is in the braking state.
2. Start the winch
Release the brake: lightly twist the control switch to release the safety brake.
Start the motor: press the start button and the motor starts to run while the working brake is released.
3. Operation control
Lifting or lowering:
Move the main command controller handle from the center position to the lifting or lowering position respectively, the winch starts to lift or lower.
During the operation of the winch, the working condition should be carefully observed to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
Variable speed:
If you need to change the speed, must be carried out in the parking state, and the winch running process is strictly prohibited to change gear.
Use reducer speed change handle to change fast and slow two kinds of speed, back to the rope can be fast and slow two kinds of speed operation, but with the load can only use slow speed.
4. Stopping operation
Preparation before stopping: Gradually lower the load to ensure safety before stopping the machine.
Stop the machine:
Return the main command controller handle to the center position and cut off the power supply of the motor.
