Column winch is a kind of equipment used for lifting and descending, which usually consists of winch, rope, power unit and control system. It realizes lifting, descending or recovering of heavy loads by winding ropes, and is widely used in mines, buildings and construction sites.2. Working principle
The working principle of column winch is mainly based on the rotation of the winch and the pulling force of the rope. The motor drives the winch to rotate and the wire rope is coiled on the winch. When the winch rotates clockwise, the rope coils up and the connected weight rises; when the winch rotates counterclockwise, the rope loosens and the weight falls.
JH series explosion-proof strut pulling winches are mainly used for downhole strut pulling, transportation, ground anchor placing and chute shifting.
JH series propulsion winches adopt spherical worm gear transmission, compact structure, symmetrical rectangular arrangement, and the chassis is skateboard shaped, which makes it smooth and flexible to move underground.
