The W-shape of the Skl provides safety. For meeting the required rail creep resistance two highly elastic, independently acting spring arms steadily hold the rail down; the middle bend acts as an additional tilting protection. With its high fatigue strength, it resists the dynamic vertical movements that are caused when the vehicle rolls over the rail. The system is maintenance-free: Due to the permanently acting tension, Skl and screw cannot loosen, the middle bend prevents the spring arms from plastic deformation. 
Our Elastic rail clips range from 12mm to 20mm, such as e1809,e2009,e2055, skl1,skl3,skl12,skl14.
The hardness is HRC42-47. Our rail clips are produced with standards DIN17221,BS970,GB/T4357,GB/T4358. On the fatigue life, when the deflection is 9.1mm,they can provide a performance of 5 million cyles without crack.
