XCMG Official XCA220 Construction Machinery Used 220 Ton Hydraulic All Terrain Crane
XCA220 All Terrain Crane is designed to aim at both markets abroad and domestic. It is suitable for lifting operation and installation work in oilfields, docks, and bridge construction. It has powerful lifting capacity and wide working range. Integration of mechatronics and hydraulic system for precise full-axle steering and braking technology contribute to superior ride-ability.
1. Power and traveling performance
* Rated power 360kw, max. torque 2200N.m.
* Max. travel speed 84Km/h, Max. grade ability 67%.
2. Large tonnage crane's mono-engine system
* The whole vehicle shares the chassis engine. The power is transferred via the mechanic transmission to the upper body and supplies it with the power.
* Maintenance is to be carried out only on the mono-engine chassis system thus reducing the workload of maintenance. The annual maintenance cost of dynamic system is saved for more than 40%.
3. New highly efficient energy-saving hydraulic system
* Closed hydraulic system for lifting and slewing system, equipped with large-displacement pump, lifting speed with heavy load highly.
* Min. stable lifting speed (at drum) 2.5m/min, and min. stable slewing speed 0.1°/s.
4. Manoeuvrable
All-axle steering, small turning radius and free changeover of 6WD/8WD are available. 6WD is used to drive on roads, which is economic. 8WD is suitable for off-road travel and jobsite transfer. Max. grade ability is 67%, taking the lead in the industry.
