3. How to solve the quality problems after goods shipped?
Mostly,We have done all testing needed before ship the battery,But if it really has meet quality issues.We absolutely will deal with it actively,Customers will need to provide testing data,photo and vedio for our engineer to find out solution.
4.What kind of testing requirements to full test a bttery?
(1) Battery test environment:
Temperature: 23±2ºC;
Relative humidity: 60± 20% RH;
Atmospheric pressure: 86~106 KPa.
(2) Measuring instrumentation requirements:
Voltage: Measuring the voltage meter accuracy no less than 0.5 magnitude;
Current: Measuring the current meter accuracy no less than 0.5 magnitude;
Time: Measuring the time meter accuracy no less than 0.1%;
Temperature: Measuring the temperature meter accuracy no less than 0.5 ºC;
Impedance: Measuring impedance should by sinusoidal alternating (1 KHZ) test.
