Product Description

Working principle of forklift brake cylinder:

1. As an essential component of a forklift brake system, the brake wheel cylinders are positioned towards the top of the brake shoes respectively. It has four components: a cylinder, two pistons, two rubber cups, and a spring. It connects to the brake shoes by small rods. For forklifts, the brake master cylinder and brake wheel cylinder actuate the brakes. They create the necessary friction to stop the forklift.

2. When the forklift's brake pedal is depressed, the forklift master cylinder linked to the brake pedal generates thrust, and the pressurized hydraulic oil pushes the pressure to the wheel cylinder. Then the piston inside the wheel cylinder receives pressure and begins to move left and right to push the brake shoes.

3. One end of the forklift's brake master cylinder is connected to the brake pedal, and the other end is connected to the brake cable. And each has an oil outlet and an oil inlet. When the forklift brakes, the oil outlet opens and the oil inlet closes. Under the pressure of the piston of the cylinder, the hydraulic oil flows to the wheel cylinder, pushing the brake shoes to generate friction to stop the forklift; when the brake pedal is released, the oil outlet of the brake master cylinder will close, and the forklift will stop. The oil port is opened, and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pipeline returns to the brake master cylinder and returns to its original state. This is the working principle of the forklift brake cylinder and brake master cylinder.
