Forklift Handbrake Handle and Parking Brake
According to the different functions of the braking system, forklifts are generally required to be equipped with two independent and reliable braking systems: service brake device--foot brake device; parking brake device--hand brake device.
The forklift brake handbrake is the control linkage for the parking brake of the forklift. The handbrake function is to give the forklift resistance when parking so that the forklift stays in place without slipping. The parking brake, or handbrake, locks the drive shaft or the front wheel of the forklift. The parking brake is much less powerful than the foot brake, just stop on the slope and don't slip the car.
For new drivers who don't know the forklift well, it might happen that the new driver is too nervous that forget to release the handbrake handle. Driving a forklift without releasing a handbrake will damage the forklift brake system.
