Forklift Engine Connecting Rod
The forklift connecting rod is the forklift engine connecting rod. The connecting rod connects the piston and the crankshaft and transmits the force received by the piston to the crankshaft, which converts the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotary motion of the crankshaft.

The connecting rod assembly bears the gas force from the piston pin and its own swing and the reciprocating inertia force of the piston group. If the fatigue strength of the forklift engine connecting rod is insufficient, it will often cause the connecting rod body or connecting rod bolt to break, which will cause a major accident of the forklift. If the rigidity of the connecting rod of the forklift engine is insufficient, it will cause bending deformation of the rod body and deformation of the large head of the connecting rod, resulting in deviation and wear of the piston, cylinder, bearing, and crank pin.
