Forklift Hydraulic Transmission Plate
The forklift hydraulic transmission plate is also known as the forklift input plate.
It is an iron plate installed between the forklift gearbox and the engine block. Its main function is to serve as a transitional connection between the engine and the transmission. The forklift hydraulic transmission plate is installed inside the forklift hydraulic transmission box. This plate is thickened and has a convex surface. It is directly connected to the engine flywheel via surrounding bolts to transmit torque. Due to frequent changes in rotational speed, the outer ring bolts of the hydraulic transmission input plate are frequently subjected to varying loads, causing all the holes in the transmission input plate to experience frequent impacts as well. These frequent impacts and load changes demand higher durability and performance from the components.
