A: We manufacturer the stainless steel and metal related auto accessories professionally more than 10 years. We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory. Q2. Are you able to develop products based on our samples or design drawings?
A: Yes, of course. Our engineer team full of innovative and patient. We would love to listen to customers' comments and respect to our customers' advise. We welcome customers come to us with unique designed products or their ideas. When it comes to stainless steel and metal related products, with our professional equipment and experienced engineers, we can do anything you provide.
Q3. How do you control the quality of your products?
A: Our professional QC team start to work when raw materials arrive, every single one of them will be inspected under strict standard. When each step of production is completed, such as cutting, bending, polishing, welding, packing, our QC team will check each semi-finished products or finished products, so that after passing strict inspection, the products can enter the next stage.
We also encourage our customers to come check the goods out with our QC team before delivery.
Q4. What are your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the results of inspection by our QC department before you pay the balance.
Q5. What are your shipping terms?
A: EXW, FOB.
Q6. What is the lead time if I place an order to your factory?
A: Lead time usually is around 25-35 days, but there might be a slight change according to the items or quantity, please confirm with our sales team.
Q7. Do you accept sample order for us to check quality?
A: We accept sample orders when the desired items are in stock, but the sample cost and shipping cost will be covered by buyers.
