3.Scope of vehicle warranty application

1.Vehicle warranty period
1.1 The applicable vehicle model shall have a warranty period of 60 months (based on the bill of lading date) or a mileage of 50000 kilometers (based on the actual mileage) from the date of purchase. The warranty period shall be divided according to the different parts and assemblies of the vehicle, with the longest period being 60 months or 50000 kilometers. When either the time or mileage exceeds the warranty requirements, it is considered beyond the warranty period and no longer eligible for the essential warranty policy.
1.2 If the odometer fails or is damaged and not repaired in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to confirm the driving distance, the cumulative driving distance shall be calculated based on 100 kilometers per day (50 kilometers per day for electric vehicles) from the date of purchase; If there is a quality assurance service record, starting from the date of repair, the cumulative travel mileage will be calculated at 100 kilometers per day (50 kilometers per day for electric vehicles); If the odometer has been replaced, it should be calculated based on the accumulated mileage from the previous odometer.

- Customers carry out maintenance according to the maintenance manual specifications, on schedule, and have relevant records
- During the customer's warranty period, only Wuling original parts will be used for maintenance and repair
- Vehicles purchased from July 1, 2024 (based on the bill of lading date)
- During the customer's warranty period, repair and maintenance are carried out at unauthorized service stations
- During the warranty period, the customer did not perform maintenance according to the specifications in the maintenance manual and on schedule
- During the warranty period, the customer uses non Wuling original parts for maintenance and repair
- If there is a change in the owner during the customer's warranty period
4.If there is a need to extend the warranty period for the three electrical systems(Motor, Battery, Controller) and other contents, the specific requirements will be evaluated and the corresponding costs will be added to the price accordingly.
