Spectrometer: Material inspection equipment, used to detect the chemical composition content of raw materials whether meet the incoming material acceptance standards.
Universal testing machine: Raw material performance testing, testing the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and area shrinkage of product.
Metallography: Take samples after heat treatment, observe the quenching and tempering structure by microscope, to determine whether heat treatment is qualified.
Three coordinates: Spatial dimension detection, digital model dimension verification, and appearance dimension measurement to ensure precision.
Bench testing machine: Independently developed and produced, it measures product size while testing the stiffness. It can also verify the fatigue life of the product assembly and the spring eye.
