55 Ton Marine Hardware Rigging Steel galvanized Shackle
This shackle type D is used for the connection of anchor chain links. It joins the anchor and the anchor chain for mooring. Like most of the shackles, end joining shackles are also made by drop forged treatment.
Trawling shackle with screw pin has two types: square head screw pin shackle and round head screw pin shackle. The two types respectively have dee shackle and bow shackle. This trawling shackle is made of high tensile steel. The surface of it can be galvanized.
After descaling, the shackle will be immersed in liquid zinc at about 500ºC. Then the zinc will be attached on the surface of the shackle. This can make the shackle more corrosion resistant. Hot-dip galvanized shackle is widely used in mining, construction, railway, water conservancy, port, dock, etc. our company can provide Dee type and bow type hot-dip galvanized shackle.
shackle refers to bow shackle with screw pin. It is made according to American standard. This shackle is a kind of marine rigging, which can be used to link anchor and chain. When use it, the pin should be upward (the same direction with buoy). The working load limit should never be exceeded during using.
