Rock drill skills
1) When the rock drill is in use, the compressed air at the air inlet of the rock drill is required to be dry, and the wind pressure should be kept at 500kPa, with a minimum of 400kPa; it is required to use clean soft water. When acidic or alkaline water is used as a last resort, some lubricating oil should be injected immediately after the rock drill is finished, and the water should be turned off and run for a while.
2) When using a new machine, it must be cleaned and reinstalled. After the reinstallation, the empty car must be driven to check whether the operation is normal. However, the empty time should not exceed 2~3 minutes. If the time is too long, the temperature in the air cushion area of the cylinder will be too high, which will easily cause cylinder grinding.
3) Do a good job in pipeline cleaning and routine disassembly and maintenance, so that the machine is always in good working condition, and you should always pay attention to adding lubricating oil, and oil-free operation is strictly prohibited.
4) In operation, attention should be paid to turn on the wind first, then turn on the water, turn off the water first, then turn off the wind, and pay attention to the water pressure should be lower than the wind pressure, so as to prevent the water from flowing back into the cylinder of the rock drill, which will damage the normal lubrication of the machine and affect the normal operation of the machine.
5) When the fiber clamp of the rock drill rotates very slowly, the axial retreat force of the air leg should be reduced immediately through the pressure regulating valve. If the fiber rod does not rotate and the axial thrust of the air leg is reduced, stop rock drilling immediately, and start rock drilling after eliminating the fiber stuck fault.

6) Always observe the powder discharge of the machine. The air leg rock drill is not allowed to remove the water needle for operation or dry the eye.
7) When the telescopic rock drill is working upwards, pay attention that the magma flowing down the drill must not be close to the fiber sleeve, and the distance between them must be at least 20mm, otherwise, the blowing force is insufficient. At this time, check whether the blowing holes on the fiber sleeve are unobstructed according to the procedure.
8) When the telescopic rock drill is working upwards, in addition to observing the safety techniques of general rock drilling work, special attention should be paid to the sudden breakage of the drill bit to prevent work-related accidents, and it is strictly forbidden to idle at full speed for a long time, and a trolley should be used when pulling fibers.
9) After the work is completed, close the water valve and let the rock drill run dry for a short time with a small wind to remove accumulated water and prevent corrosion.
10) For guide rail rock drills, after finishing a fiber, the wind should be stopped, and then reversed to unload the fiber tail. When reversing and unloading fibers, a small wind should be turned on. If it is changed from forward to reverse immediately, due to inertia, a large impact will be generated, which will reduce the service life of the screw rod of the rotary claw.
11) When rock drilling or stop using for a long time, it should be disassembled and cleaned in time, coated with anti-rust oil, and stored in a dry place.
