YCD-4 Railway Ballast Tamper Machine
It is mainly used for tamping te track pillowway, and it can also take account the tamping effect of the bedway of the main track. The machine has advanced performance and can meet the technical requirements of varous types of road tamping operations.
1. The engine is powered by high performance, high quality and imported gasoline engine. It has stable high power output, low fuel consumption, low lubricant consumption, low quality and low noise. It can also be powered by motor or diesel engine according to user's needs. zmwm06
2. The tamping device is separated from the clamp structure: the tamping device can move horizontally and horizontally on the traveling frame, so that the tamping picks can be tampered at different positions of the turnout.
3. The clamp adopts a detachable articulated swing double hydraulic cylinder structure. The clamp moves quickly, facilitates the upper and lower lanes operation, and is easy to operate. It can clamp the rail at any position such as switch, rut and rail guard, fishtail plate joint, etc. It can make the tamping insertion work under the condition of small amount of starting lane and consolidation of track bed.
