Q: How is your electric vehicle charging station after-sale service?
A:1/We provide 24/7 online service,so you're welcome to contact us any time you need;
2.We will be the first time to feedback your problem to the technical engineer, the technical engineer will be the first time to give a solution and guidance.
3.Will change the part for free during warranty if non-human damage,for other problems,we'd like to supply customer the part at original cost.
4.We are building a team to provide door-to-door service in foreign after-sales service points.
Q: How is your payment method? A: Same as other ev charging stations suppliers,normally 30%-50% deposit and balance paid off before shipment,special requirement customer please contact us for further discussion.
Q: How long is your normal delivery time? A: 1/For stock ev charger,can arrange the shipment immediately after you confirm the order; 2/For custom AC ev charger less than 100pcs,normally 7-15 days; 3/For custom DC ev charger less than 100pcs,normally 15-25 days;
Q: Can I use my own card or app at your electric car charging stations? A: Normally the RFID card and app have to identify our electric charger,so we will provide you2- 3 free RFID card for each charger.
Q:Will your electric car charger charging slower in winter? A:The electric charging station may need a little longer warm up time before normal run,but this is very small change,it won't influence the output power,so we can ignore this influence.
Q:Can you provide a video how to install the electric vehicle charger? A:Yes we have the installation guide video,it's very easy and anyone who know a little about electricity safety can finish this work,we will also be ready online to help your any possible question.
Q:How can I become your exclusive agency? Only if you have this interest,you can be our agent if we don't have exclusive agent in your market. if you want to be exclusive agent,we will have an annual sales amount target requirement,welcome to further discuss
