Zcb-90 combined gear pump is composed of gear pump and oil and gas separator. Its main function is to supply oil and to separate gas. It is the power source of hydraulic system.
The oil pump is an internal gear pump with secondary oil and gas separation in the casing. An oil return float system is installed in the normal pressure chamber; the outlet valve and overflow valve are also placed in the same casing, and the oil is filtered twice in the pump body.
When the oil pump works, it sucks oil from the oil tank through the oil suction port and the filter. Under the action of the pump pressure, the oil enters the flowmeter through the oil outlet after the fine filter. Through the rotating centrifugal effect of the oil pipe and the oil and gas separation in the high pressure chamber, the gas is discharged from the small hole at the end of the oil pipe and the oil and gas separation hole in the high pressure chamber. A small amount of oil is accumulated in the atmospheric pressure chamber, and the oil returns after the oil level exceeds a certain height. The float floats up, and part of the oil flows back to the low pressure cavity of the oil pump. The working pressure (flow) of the oil pump can be adjusted by adjusting the spring pressure of the relief valve.
