The cryogenic high pressure pump is the main equipment of L-CNG pump skid. We select VT55 pump which comes from VANZETTI, Italy. With different motor, the pump can realize different flow rate. When the moor power is 22KW, the pump's flow rate is 1500L/h. When the motor power is 39 KW, the pump's flow rate is 2500L/h. The pump body is vacuum insulation structure, so the pump can be started quickly. The unique design of inlet can separate gas from liquid to make cryogenic liquid evenly flow into the compression cylinder. In the front of pump's body, there are Cavitations Resistive Property, leakage protection, automatic unloading control, automatic liquid supply control and nitrogen purging device.
The cryogenic high pressure pump is the single cylinder and single action piston pump. The piston is connected with the cross head through coupling. Cross head driven by a cam linkage drag. Each component can be disassembled and repaired easily. The rotation of the motor has no requirements. The pump can be worked in any direction. There is a filter in the inlet to protect the pump. The filtering precision of the filter is 150μm at least. The surface area of filter is twice than the one of inlet.

Vaporizing System
1). High pressure ambient vaporizer
High pressure ambient vaporizer is used to change LNG to CNG. All components on the equipment are cryogenic HP. They can work well in the -196ºC and 25.0MPa environment. LNG is the inlet medium, and CNG is the outlet one, the design pressure of which can reach 30MPa. The deference between the temperature of outlet and the ambient temperature is less than 10ºC.
2). Water Recuperator
The advantage of the water recuperator is that it does not need any intervention and operation after adding water and test for the first time. In its service life, it needs no maintenance. It can change the liquefied gas into complete gas and the pressure and temperature can be changed at the same time.

(6) Safety relief valve can automatically discharge overpressure gas and then close.
(7) The secondary electronic temperature controller can automatically adjust the temperature from 60 to 70 degrees to make gas supply stable.
(8) Low water level cut-off device can make sure water will not be dried out.
