This mobile stations is composed of two container group, one compressor group, the other is a high pressure gas (CNG) transportsemitrailer container group. Compressor container is composed of compressor, gas discharge machine , the gas bomb group, gas sales machine, etc. This CNG gas station include all functions of fixed gas station and also has the superiority of flexibility and less investment, quick effect, convenient aerated, wide applicable scope.
Host compressor is hydraulic piston compressor type, driven by the hydraulic cylinder piston compressor components, different from the traditional mechanical compressor. Such agencies can effectively improve the economic benefit of running (energy saving: motor only 37 kw), and reduce the manufacturing cost, reduce wear traditional compressor, greatly improving the service life of the compressor.
Discharge gas and gas storage storehouse is a connection part between the trailer supercharging system and CNG . Through the pipe,the discharge gasmachine link the compressor and CNG trailer gas bomb group together . the door of CNG trailer open when the system is working.
Supercharging system warehouse wall is builded by rock wool, flame retardant fiber cloth, porous plate noise insulation structure design, the lining of the overall thickness is 70 mm. Supercharging system warehouse internal fixation of hydraulic pressure system, set up four open doors on both sides there is walking channel, it is advantageous for the equipment use and maintenance.
Control and rest warehouse there have installed control cabinet and the rest sofa, on the wall there is a window. can observe thepressurization equipment through the window . Control warehouse wall set fire protection materials, increase the security of the system. Control system installed in a riot control cabinet, electric equipment adopt explosion-proof equipment, can fully meet the requirements of CNG stations.
