Minimal Order
A 20-foot container, at least 100 pieces for each model to spread the manufacture tooling costs and the production labor cost.
Extra charges may be applied when the quantity of each model is below the minimal
For bicycle or bicycle parts, each model has high, middle and low level different categories. The high-end bikes have the best parts (usually made in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore ). The low-end ones have the best prices with economic components (usually made in China) at solid quality. The middle-end bikes always mix with best parts and economic parts.
Price base on the parts cost, so when you inquire the price, please also tell us which country you sell and which level market you hope.
Base on our years long manufacturing experiences, we suggest new customers to go through the 3-Steps to develop bikes for your 100% satisfactions:
Step I - Price Quotation: You give us detail specifications & pictures and we quote prices for you. Or from your general requirements of high or low end bikes we quote you prices.
Step II - Sample Development: After agreed on prices and specifications, we develop samples for you.
Step III - Production: After you inspect samples, make final modifications, and fully satisfy the layouts, we start mass production.
Samples can be made at your request. They can be developed either from specifications or from photos. Each sample requires handling charge besides its base price. Normally the handling charge will be around $150,this is adjustable depend on which model and detail specs.For Frame sample or parts sample require $75 for handling charge, it will fully refund when place the order.
All colors in YS Paint Catalogue can be painted. YS Panton 9xxxx color has $0.5 extra to cover the higher material costs. On rim, handlebar, seat post, cranks, and brake sets, all in standard paints. Usually takes 25 to 35 days from the time we receive the down payment .
We provide 0.1% of spare parts free of charge in each order. we have right to choose which parts. If need extra pointed parts, it need extra charge.
Some quoted prices are based on standard bicycles only. Any add-on parts and accessories, such as carrier, mud guarders, basket, bell, ponytail, flag, water bottle, ..., may require extra charges.

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality
control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment
Q: Can you paint our logo?
A: Yes, the parts also could print customer logo
Q:what about after-sale service .
We will carefully check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we sincerely hope to solve the problems with you friendly through following ways:
1 If you do not satisfied with the items you received or there are quality problems itself ,we could offer you a return for replacement or money back ( You may have to take charge of the return shipping costs and provide photos or video and other evidence to us for identify.)
2 Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
