1.Summary
HK-J series 3.3KW on board charger is a product specially designed for supplementing electric energy of electric vehicle power battery according to the national standard of charger. This product not only has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, high stability, long service life, but also has the characteristics of high protection level, high reliability, complete protection functions, etc. It is an ideal power source for charging electric vehicles. The charger is equipped with a built-in thermal sensor, which has an overheating protection function and can automatically recover. Fully sealed potting process, up to IP67 protection level, can ensure that it can work in any complex environment without causing failure.
Main features: full encapsulation process, air-cooled heat dissipation (modular optional), reliable operation at - 35 ºC -+85 ºC
Built in temperature sensor can turn off the output under dangerous working conditions (internal 95 ° C)

9.Product appearance requirement

(3). The parts and components shall be fastened reliably and free of rust, burr, crack and other defects and damages.
(4). Each product shall be marked with product identification on obvious parts, including part number, product trademark, product model, production number, manufacturer name, warning instructions, etc.
10.Packaging, transportation and storage
(1). Packaging
The product name, product part number, product trademark, product model, production number and the name of the manufacturer are marked on the packaging box; The technical documents supplied with the product in the packaging box shall include the packing list, product factory certificate and product instructions.
(2). Transportation
It is suitable for vehicle, ship and aircraft transportation. It shall be protected from sun, moisture and be transported in a civilized manner.
(3). Storage
When the product is not used, it should be stored in the packaging box. It should be kept in a clean, dry and well ventilated environment at 5 ºC~40 ºC. It should not be stored together with chemicals, acids and alkalis. Avoid sun exposure, fire baking, water immersion, and placing with corrosive substances. The storage period of the product is 2 years (calculated from the warehousing date of the manufacturer).
